Andrew Russell formed ProCad Detailing Ltd in February 1999 and commenced trading
from a home based office
In September 2000, Andrew was joined by
Richard Bradley and moved to office premises in the

Andrew and Richard have worked together
drawing structural steelwork since 1986, and started detailing on the 'StruCad
(version 4)' software package in 1993
Having worked together in a large, busy
drawing office at a leading structural steelwork fabrication company and spending
time in the fabrication workshop and on site, Andrew and then Richard joined StruCad
(UK) Ltd
At StruCad (UK) Ltd invaluable experience
was gained working for many different steelwork fabrication companies (UK and
overseas) giving an in depth awareness of company needs
Having acquired extensive insight knowledge and use of the 'StruCad'
program, time and skills were dedicated to the drawing office, 'StruCad' support,
training new users on the StruCad program and testing new versions
ProCad Detailing Ltd has four 'StruCad' operators currently available
to our clients
Recently completed projects range from 10 tonne to 2000 tonne.
